The last time I was at the Memphis Farmer’s Market, I had strawberry shortcake with fresh strawberries and cream. It was pretty frickin’ fantastic. I’m happy to see you’re getting to know your new home city… I love the place!

P.S. You’re about a 15 minute walk to the Hard Rock on Beale Street.

    :-)

Let’s see..there was the trip to the vet because the dog ate a wasp in the middle of the forest and the toilet that sprang a leak, offset by the laughing and s’mores by the campfire. Yin and yang. That was my weekend.

I love both of those photos! The joy of exploring a new place is wonderful to watch in children.

Shopped for groceries, watched my son’s soccer game, shopped for clothes and books, and played outside with my kids.

Also my 3 year old daughter refused to take an afternoon nap. Both days. I wanted this day to come and yet now that it’s here… Sigh.

    Also also beautiful photos.

Sounds like your first weekend there was off to a good start.

Non eventful for me: Home Depot, sitting out in the sun and having a few drinks.
